Important Notice: Flash-Based Designs Phase-Out & Inactive Account Image Cleanup (April 29, 2026)
Dear Valued Customers,
To enhance our service experience and as part of our ongoing technology upgrades, we will be phasing out designs created using our legacy Flash-based custom lab.
To avoid losing any important designs, we strongly recommend that you redesign and save them using our new H5 custom lab as soon as possible.
Key Updates:
1. Flash-Based Designs Removal (Designs Created Before May 2021)
Designs created using the Flash-based custom lab will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered once deleted. Please use our new H5 custom lab to recreate and save any Flash-based designs you wish to keep.
2. Inactive Account Image Cleanup
To ensure optimal platform performance, we will clear stored images from accounts that have not logged in for over two years but contain saved designs.
3. Important Reminder
Once designs are deleted, they cannot be restored. We fully understand the importance of your work, so please review your account and ensure any necessary images or designs are saved in advance. If you need assistance preserving your files, please contact our customer service team before May 10th.
