4PX Express Suspended Now (7th, December, 2021)
Dear Resellers/Partners/Customers,

There were countless times that 4PX logistics had raised the prices in the last two months, and the price continues to rise now.
After repeated calculation, we found that 4PX logistics cost is more than twice of normal logistics cost.
Therefore, we decided to quit the logistics line in December, and it is expected to resume the use of 4PX logistics in January.

In addition, we would suggest that you use Yun Express as your main logistics route.
However, if the order includes Shoes, Doormats, Artworks, we will switch to JS Express by default.
Yun Express also charges high dimentional freight rates for these three products. If you insist on using Yun Express for the above 3 products, we will charge an extra $10 for each item as the freight difference.

We are very sorry for this sudden notice and decision, but we are suffering from serious loss of logistics costs, and we hope to get your understanding.

The Delay of the Christmas Festival Orders (13th, November, 2021)

The biggest holiday of the year Christmas is coming again, today we would like to notice you about the delay of the christmas festival orders.

We do not promise a 100% delivery for standard shipping orders before Christmas for orders shipped after 15th,Nov.

For orders shipped with 4PX Express/ESB/Yun Express/dhl+usps/YD Express after 1st, Dec, they may also not deliver before 24th,Dec.

If you want a quick delivery, we hope you choose DHL shipping method before 8th, Dec. But we can not promise a 100% delivery after that time.

Similar to past years, Artsadd has received price increase/adjusted notices from all carriers recently.
So you may notice we will be applied a temporary shipping costs varying by shipping methods in the busy season.

Meanwhile, in the next two months, it is possible that there will be extra temporary increased peak-season surcharge.

Production & Shipment Notification During China's National Day (28th,September,2021)
Dear Customers/Artists/Resellers,

With the arrival of China's National Day, lots of companies will be closed to observe the holiday.

Here we are writing to tell you that DHL Express Shipping Carriers won’t have service from Oct. 1st to Oct. 7th, meanwhile, other shipping carriers will take at least 3 days off(1st-3rd) as well.

During the holiday, ArtsAdd Customer Service Team will reply your emails/messages within 48 hours. And our factories will take only 3 days off from 1st to 3nd. Which means, all your orders won't be delayed so much during the holiday.

YET, since DHL Express Shipping Carriers do not On Site Pickup & Delivery, we can not gurantee your orders will be shipped out on time by choosing DHL + USPS shipping method.

Therefore, we strongly suggest all Customers/Artists/Resellers choosing Standard Shipping methods instead from now on until 3th Oct. Of course, that would be better if you do it 3 days ago. From 4th Oct, you can still switch to DHL/DHL + USPS for your convenience.

Shipping Fee Adjustment (2nd,September,2021)

Orders shipped to EU countries start paying Tariffs (30th,June,2021)
Starting July 1st, ArtsAdd will collect import VAT on all orders that shipped to the EU Countries.

This new VAT will be shown to EU Countries Destination Orders as part of the listing price. We'll automatically calculate this VAT from the buyer at the time of purchase, then submit to Logistics Carriers, so you don't have to worry about handling it yourself.

Concerns regarding IOSS (The Import One-Stop Shop) (23rd,June,2021)
Recently, lots of Sellers&Customers concerned about being charged large amount of Tariff Rate when shipping orders to the European Union Countries.

And some sellers also require Tariff Number when selling or shipping products to the EU countries since tariff reform policy take effect on July 1st.

Here are pieces of information for your reference:

1, Our company will consider entrusting the logistic carriers to apply for the Tariff Number, and carriers will pay tariff to the Customs of each EU Country on behalf of our company when the package enters the country.

Therefore, regarding the Tariff Number information, we have no comment and can not share with you, please understand.

2, If the Tariff Reform is actually implemented, we will have no choice but to start charging at least extra 20% on orders including pick-up addresses in EU Countries. Please note that this Tax will be paid to the logistics carriers without reservation to ensure the order is delivered smoothly and successfully.

3, At present, the products' selling price and orders' payments on the website do not cover any tax rate, therefore, orders placed recently, especially for the parcels entering the EU Contries customs before or after July 1st, may be charged with tax, we can negotiate to jointly bear part tax.

Discontinued Products: High-Heel Shoes (Feb. 19th, 2021)
Dear Customers,

We are sorry to inform that we have to remove all High-Heel Shoes from ArtsAdd and close the production line of this product next week.

Due to gradual decline of high-heel shoes orders, we have to cut back the production line and the staff to ensure Other Shoes Styles Department running as usual. With the exception of high-heel shoes, other custom printed shoes will be produced as usual and will not be affected.

Please note that all high-heel shoes orders placed before/on Feb. 21st will be printed and produced and shipped out as scheduled, and then we will remove all high-heel shoes on early Feb. 22nd.

1. Due to flight restrictions, delivery time for orders shipping to UK with regular shipping routes have been extended and there have been significant delays. We strongly suggest you hold advertising/orders to UK. (DHL Express works fine)

2. Regarding Epacket shipping route to worldwide, the tracking status can't be updated online in time and the delivery time also can't be guaranteed at present. So please choose other shipping route instead of Epacket shipping route for a stable delivery.

Dear Customers:

Hope all of you are fine now.

Under the worldwide unstable logtistic delivery period, we wanted to keep you apprised in real-time as we receive more information. Hereby, Artsadd update and upgrade some suggested logistic service for your reference.

*For orders shipping to European Countries, please use 4PX Express instead of Standard shipping method to have a stable delivery.
(Price difference was raised and charged by carriers due to more expensive cost on flight tickets and labor cost. We believe that the original price can be restored as soon as the outbreak is over.)
*For orders shipping to USA with standard shipping, we will upgrade some orders accordingly to our new DHL+USPS shiping route for free.However, we still strongly suggest you choose DHL+USPS for all orders shipping to the USA.
*For orders shipping to Australia/Canada, we will upgrade to UBI Express on orders under 2kg for free.
*For Standard shipping method, caused by Force Majeure, we are NOT able to guarantee delivery in 30-45 days after orders were shipped out before the coronavirus crisis is over.

Given that there are fewer flights from China to oversea countries, besides, it's getting more expensive, shipping carriers raise/adjust the price day by day.
Artsadd still made some efforts to promise a better service with a lower shipping price. We recommend you to choose upgrade shipping method to have a steady/quick delivery. But now under such condition, no one can promise for a perfectly timely delivery. Hope your understanding.

Full Production Has Resumed (24th,Feb.2020)

Our China factory has fully resumed production last week and all of departments in our company have returned to work as normal.

The factory has been disinfected daily and completely.
