Customization Solutions Notification (13rd,January,2021)

Dear customers,

There is a temporary solution to the fault of custom lab based on Flash:
You could click https://www.flash.cn/english to download and install the latest version of Flash Player. Then restart your browser and allow Flash in the Site Settings of Artsadd.com. After that, the original custom lab can be used normally.
If that still doesn’t work, you might need to click “Need Flash Player for a different computer” to download a specific version of Flash Player according to your OS and Browser.

Moreover, we still keep adding products to new custom lab and optimizing the customization tools.
