• When you receive it, please scald it with boiling water before use to remove dust etc. generated during the production process of the cup.
• Warm reminder Minor print deviations or slight ink bleed may occur due to the unique modeling and lid mold. Final print result may slightly vary from the preview.
• Note: This product is printed and shipped from our USA-based facility. It can only be delivered within USA and cannot be combined with products from other factories in the same order.

CUSTOMIZATION TIPS
• We can't guarantee exact placement. There might be slight discrepancies in print placement. Please keep the main elements of your art towards the center of the design area. Anything near the edge runs the risk of being cut off during the cutting and sewing process.
• We allow the color accuracy deviation of the finished product and the mockup image to be within 5%. Please Avoid uploading neon, matte, and metallic colors as our printers cannot achieve accurate printing representation on these specialty color profiles.
• There may be small differences in the design of clothing products, with a deviation of 2-3 cm measured manually during the production process.
• It is impossible to perfectly align patterns or images from front to back for all over print products.
• Please make sure your design covers the entire print area.
