Notice of EU Tariff Adjustment for Shipments to Europe (June 26, 2026)
Dear Customers,
Due to the European Union's customs policy changes effective July 1, 2026 (00:00 CET), the duty exemption for imported goods valued at EUR €150 or less will be removed. As a result, additional customs duties will apply to low-value shipments entering the EU.
To help ensure smooth customs clearance and minimize potential clearance delays, Artsadd will introduce the following tariff adjustment for orders shipped to certain European countries.
1. EU Tariffs
Orders shipped to the affected EU countries will include an additional fee displayed as
"EU Tariffs" during checkout and on the order details page.
Surcharge: USD $3.50 per unique product SKU
The surcharge is calculated based on the number of unique product SKUs in each order.
USD $3.50 will be charged for each unique SKU.
• Multiple quantities of the
same SKU incur only one surcharge.
• Different SKUs are charged separately.
2. How the Surcharge Is Calculated
Example 1
Order contains:
Product SKU 1 × 2 pcs
Product SKU 2 × 1 pc
Unique SKUs: 2
EU Tariffs:
USD $7.00 (USD $3.50 × 2)
Example 2
Order contains:
Product SKU 1 × 5 pcs
Unique SKUs: 1
EU Tariffs:
USD $3.50
3. Countries Currently Affected
This surcharge currently applies to orders shipped to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
We will continue to monitor changes to EU customs regulations and update our policies accordingly. Should the list of affected countries or the surcharge policy change, we will notify customers promptly.
