Notification of Rebate Policy Adjustments (7th,January,2020)

Dear Resellers,

Thank you for kind cooperation over the past years.

Considering that logistics freight cost included in orders’ price and exorbitant cash rebate set before, our company decide to
make some reasonable and acceptable adjustments to rebate policy for the long run.

Please follow the adjustment as below:

(1)Calculate cash rebate from monthly turnover after deducting shipping cost.

• We will take 30% as default shipping costs of orders that are produced in China Fulfill Center.

• And take 40% as default shipping costs of orders that are printed in USA&AUS Factories(Which informed on 1st,Oct, 2019).

• Then, calculate Cash Rebate Amount based on monthly turnover WITHOUT shipping cost.

(2)Adjust the percentage point on rebate and the corresponding cash rebate for monthly turnover of $30,000 and above.
