The Delay of the Christmas Festival Orders (30th, November, 2020)

Dear Customers/Artists/Resellers,

Thank you for your orders on our web. Today we would like to notice you about the delay of the Christmas festival orders.

We can not promise a 100% delivery for standard shipping orders before Christmas for orders shipped after 10th, Nov.

For 4px express orders shipped after 5th, Dec to most countries, we can not promise for 100% delivery before Christmas, but to UK, the shipping time can extend to 10th, Dec.

For orders with DHL+USPS shipped after 1st, Dec, they may also not deliver before 24th, Dec.
If you want a quick delivery, we hope you choose DHL shipping method before 10th, Dec. But we can not promise a 100% delivery after that time.

For orders(Made in USA&AUS orders) placed after 10th, Dec, it may not deliver before Christmas.

Due to the pandemic, shipping routes are still unstable in delivery time. Therefore, the delivery time mentioned above is for reference only.
